NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

At Renusvastraa Sarees Collections, all purchases are considered final.

1. No Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website.

Customers are requested to carefully check the saree photos, color, design, fabric, measurements and other product details before placing an order.

2. No Refund

We do not provide refunds after an order has been confirmed or delivered.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong product selection

• Color preference

• Design preference

• Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

• Personal preference after receiving the product

• Delay in delivery caused by the courier

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Such cases will be reviewed by Renusvastraa on an individual basis.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to verify all order details, including product selection, delivery address, mobile number and PIN code, before confirming the order.

5. Final Sale

Once an order is confirmed, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required under applicable law.
